Our Stress Management and Resilience Building Program is a guided coaching experience rooted in biblical truth, lifestyle medicine principles and encompasses whole person wellness. It is taught by Dr. Paige Burrows—a physician turned Certified Lifestyle Medicine Educator and Holistic Wellness coach.
Over the course of the workshop series you will be equipped with tools such as, brain health strategies, value-based time management, breathwork, Christian meditation, movement, social connection, and more. With evidenced based strategies, practical guidance and community, this program invites you to slow down, reconnect with God, and take small experimental steps toward lasting peace.
