Who We Are And What We Do

What is WellSpring?

Wellspring Lifestyle Group was founded by Dr. Paige Burrows, a Physician turned Certified Lifestyle Medicine Educator, Holistic Wellness Coach, entrepreneur and strong advocate for whole person health. Through a passion for reducing human suffering, clinical experience, extensive research and personal transformation, WLG creates specialized tools that are grounded in faith, backed by science and fueled by testimony.

Focused on the root cause, utilizing a body, soul, spirit approach, the goal is to provide people with the support they need & ultimate strategies for success in generating sustainable, life altering change. As an organization, WLG currently offers lifestyle medicine educational resources, workshops, seminars, and coaching to help you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.

WLG serves as a complement to traditional medicine by utilizing the three-legged stool approach to health & and wellness, which includes medication, procedures, and holistic self-care. We promote healing of the body, soul and spirit by providing the resources, tools and support needed to experience freedom and transformation through whole person health.

Meet The Founder

Dr. Paige Burrows is a Christian wife, mother, experienced Doctor of Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine Diplomate and Holistic Wellness Coach. She currently serves her community as the founder of Wellspring Lifestyle Group, creating specialized resources that are grounded in faith, backed by science and fueled by testimony. Focused on the root cause, utilizing a mind, body, spirit approach, her goal is to provide clients with the support they need & the ultimate strategies for success in generating sustainable, life altering change.

Happily married with two children, she understands firsthand the demands of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. However, it was her own personal health challenges that reshaped her professional journey, leading her on a search for a deeper understanding of the root causes of illness and what it means to truly be well.

Armed with her lifelong passion for reducing human suffering, she spent the last few years studying, healing and helping others do the same.

Her journey into whole person health was enhanced in 2024 when she successfully completed the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine Certification Exam, becoming certified in Lifestyle Medicine.

She is on a mission of advocacy for a three-legged stool, whole person approach to healthcare where, when possible, lifestyle is used as medicine as a complement or alternative to medications and procedures.

She spends her free time with her family & friends as well as serving in her local church.
